Attended an RC Lens football match and this place was ideal, just a short walk from the stadium. I appreciated the ample parking, which made getting around hassle-free. The room, while small, was clean enough for a comfortable stay, and I enjoyed the fresh breakfast options each morning. One highlight was the quick access to the Louvre-Lens, definitely worth walking to. The reception staff were quite friendly, although the lack of English-speaking options was a bit surprising.

oh, where to start? the restaurant was never open in the evening, and jars of preserved food are not what i woudl expect. furthermore, the room was small, and the thin walls made me feel like i was staying in a cardboard box. i almost considered giving a glowing review, but just couldn't!

Rooms are small and lack essential amenities!!! Noise from nearby events can be disruptive!!! The cleaning standards need improvement, with some fresh sheets having hair on them!!!

i had a romantic trip to lens and bollaert exceeded my expectations. the clean and spacious double room was a pleasant surprise, along with the friendly staff. waking up to a nice breakfast was the cherry on top!

bollaert hotel is nice and has a spacious parking lot. the location is great, being only a short walk to the center. the rooms are clean and ample enough for two people. the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, even if it wasn’t huge. excellent for events right across the stadium.

Room was clean and spacious with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and soundproofing. Loved the accessible lift and the nice shower amenities like shampoo and body soap. Had a sofa and a comfortable bed too. The hotel had some cool spa facilities. It’s super close to the stadium and a good walk to downtown.
